If you are having any problems with your onephone, please review the Troubleshooting pages included in the User Manual. If, after reviewing the Troubleshooting pages you still do not have service please contact our Technical Support department at 677-8888.
Remember: In order to make calls using your onephone the following services must be working:
- Your broadband connection
- Power for the onephone modem
- A onephone calling plan
- A touch-tone telephone
